If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, PowerFilm, Inc. reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

Order Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect personal information.

We collect only information related to your order. This includes:

Your information is used only to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Security and Storage
Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data.
Cookie and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents.
Return Policy
Item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
To return an item, please fill out an RMA form. Have issues with a LightSaver Max? Fill out our short questionnaire and a PowerFilm representative will follow.
Once the completed RMA form is submitted, you will be sent an email with shipping instructions. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt with the shipment.
Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. For manufacturing defects, please refer to the PowerFilm warranty statement for full details.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from any refund. The original shipping and handling fees for the original order and the expense of shipping an item back to PowerFilm, Inc. will not be refunded.
Exchanges
PowerFilm, Inc. will exchange the item, only if it is in its original condition, in cases where the wrong item was ordered.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the order, and a hold will be placed on the funds. Your credit card will not be charged until your item has shipped.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8 AM. - 5 PM.
Carriers
We use FedEx and UPS Ground for the majority of shipments and will also use USPS for select shipments.
Transit
Standard Delivery – typically within five days
Tracking numbers will be provided once available.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for your order is based on weight and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will wait to ship the entire order until all components are available.
