LightSaver Max Refurbishment Program
*Please note that this program is exclusively available for customers in North America. Unfortunately, we cannot process credit cards tied to international addresses even if the shipping address is inside North America. If you choose to pay for the service with an international address, we will have to refund your order.
Steps:
- Complete the refurbishment form below and pay for the service ($329 includes return shipping)
*The price may be higher for customers in Mexico or Canada due to increased shipping costs.
*If you are in Canada or Mexico, please email us to confirm your price. - Send your LightSaver Max to: PowerFilm, Inc. 1287 XE Place Ames, IA 50014, noting "LightSaver Max Refurbishment Program" on the shipment and attaching this label which is a requirement for shipments containing lithium batteries.
- We will replace the LightSaver Max's internal components, including batteries, PCBs, and solar, if necessary.
- If your integrated solar panel produces less than 80% of the original power, we will replace it at no additional charge and confirm that the replacement panel output is 80% of the original specification or greater. If there is cosmetic damage to your panel, but it still produces 80% or more of the specified power, the panel will not be replaced.

- After refurbishing, we will fully test the product to ensure performance.
- Your refurbished LightSaver Max will be shipped back to you within 30 days of receiving the product.
Notes:
- This refurbishment program is only available via ground shipment in North America (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) due to battery certification restrictions for international shipments.

- Your refurbished LightSaver Max includes a 90-day workmanship and charging warranty from the date of the return shipment.
